For 60 years, the finest Monegasque and international clientele have been coming to the Riviera Monte-Carlo patisserie to sample its delicious pastries, the new gluten-free range, the excellent Riviera tea or to buy one of the iconic products signed Patisserie Riviera Monte-Carlo.

For several years now, Chef Alex, who is passionate about nature and attentive to the demands of well-being, has been involved in the creation
of a pastry in tune with the times: gluten-free, vegan and sugar-free cakes.
